The metaverse world can be imagined as a world where virtual and reality interact and co-evolve, in which we can build society, communities, economics, cultural activities, and create value.

The Accelerated Research Foundation (Association Studies Foundation, ASF), which studies the metaverse, divides it into four types according to the space and information types presented by the metaverse.

The criteria for distinguishing are: the space presented by the metaverse is mainly based on reality ? Or is it mainly virtual? Is the presented information mainly external environmental information, or is it personal or object information?

The first type is AR, which adds external environmental information in the real world, and the second type is life logging (Life logging), which combines information about various activities of individuals or objects in real life with the virtual world.
